    During your initial consultation session (via phone or Zoom) you and your coach will get to know each other and go over your goals. In your following sessions depending on your plan, you and your coach will be working to formulate a strategy that will guide you on your path to growth and success.

    We offer a fixed rate for all services, programs, and packages. Once you complete the booking form to book your desired service, you'll receive a consultation questionnaire which will be used during your consultation call. All bookings require this step. If there's a service out of your budget, no worries! We offer a points program for our members.

    All sales are final. Given the nature of our services, we are unable to refund you once your session has been booked and paid in full. All services are personalized to the individual that pays for them. Please ensure you are making the best financial decision for yourself. Please make sure you are certain about the purchase you are making. By booking your consultation call and completing the call to gain access to the service you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this website and the services therein.

    One of our recruiters will work with you to create a skill set packet for your field that includes where to gain new skills, a list of contacts to connect with and add to your network, and what are the top skills to have to vary from the level of expertise.

    Mentees can refer any number of individuals each month and earn a percentage discount on our services or a referral bonus ranging from $50 to $500 based on the number of referrals. Employers, on the other hand, can refer another organization to our human capital services and receive a generous $1,000 bonus. It's a win-win for everyone involved!
